Meet Alexis Cavanagh

Alexis Cavanagh is a dedicated client-focused real estate strategist with a passion for pre-sales and new construction. She brings over a decade of experience in the industry, starting with new home sales in 2011, becoming a licensed realtor in 2021, and joining rennie in 2024. She is known for her ability to help clients find the perfect home, whether they are investors, first-time buyers, or growing families. Her approach is not area-specific but centered on meeting her clients’ unique needs, ensuring a tailored experience for each individual.

Alexis’ journey into real estate began as a child when she saw a billboard of a realtor, sparking a lifelong interest in the industry. Her career highlights include extensive pre-sale knowledge, being a top sales performer in Northern Alberta, and working with investor-focused real estate teams. She has a deep understanding of government grants and incentives, which she uses to help her clients through the buying process.

Now residing in Yaletown, Alexis enjoys the vibrant neighbourhood’s architecture and the peacefulness of walking along the seawall. Beyond her professional success, she is a passionate leader, speaker, and mentor. She actively works to empower women through her involvement with the Women in Real Estate Investing Network (WREN), where she helps women build wealth through property investments. She is also an author, dancer, and volunteer, offering breathwork and meditation to those in recovery—a cause close to her heart.

Her commitment to helping others extends into her work, where she creates a safe and welcoming environment for clients to learn about real estate and achieve their homeownership goals. Her future aspirations include continuing to lead, coach, and mentor both clients and colleagues while furthering her commitment to community building and empowering others in real estate.
